Who these terms cover
These terms apply to everyone who books a session, joins a class or programme, or buys from j-j-house-of-skills.
Where a booking or payment is completed on a booking platform or store, that platform's terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is taken or a place is reserved in writing. Prices are those shown at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds are covered by the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
Work at your own pace and within your own limits, follow instructions given during a session, and stop if something does not feel right.
Conduct
Everyone is entitled to a safe, respectful space. Behaviour that makes that impossible may end a booking without refund.
Materials
Course material, recordings and written guides remain the property of j-j-house-of-skills and are for your own use.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia.
